We are committed to your well-being. Our guesthouses are isolated on a 135 acre farm outside the city of Chattanooga, so there is ample room to maintain distance. Additionally, we are going above and beyond by following the new "White Glove Pledge" standard as set forth by the hospitality community.

Early arrivals are accommodated based upon availability. To guarantee an early check-in, it is recommended to reserve your accommodation the evening before your arrival. An early arrival fee is $75 for two hours. Late check-out times may be granted based upon availability. Nightly rates are subject to state and local taxes of 9.25% and Hotel & Accommodations tax of 8%.

As Tennessee RiverPlace sits close to the Tennessee/Georgia border, there is plenty to explore nearby. In the spring, enjoy the Chattanooga Farmers Market at the First Horizon Pavilion, named in the "Top Ten Public Markets in America" by Frammers. Then, spend the afternoon hanging out in the red fox sanctuary at Audubon Acres.

Farms are made for our four-legged friends, and at Tennessee RiverPlace we consider them part of the family too. With 135 acres to explore and river access to cool off, pet-lovers will have every reason to stay. There are no pet weight limits at Tennessee RiverPlace. While we do not require pets to be crated, they do need to be on a leash.
