Traditional modes of transportation can be time consuming, dangerous, or impossible in remote areas. Missionary pilots can transport people and goods quickly and safely. Each year missionary pilots fly millions of miles to speed the work of Christian and humanitarian organizations.
These flights support indigenous churches, local evangelists, create access to medical care, provide disaster relief, and make community development projects possible. Airplanes are sometimes the only safe way to reach the villages where missionaries and their families are serving God. But how do they get started?

Trinity Aviation Academy's vision is to be the comprehensive source of missionary pilots for the world. This is accomplished by developing Biblically trained, missionary pilot mechanics efficiently and economically through a comprehensive, residential, year-round training program.

Missionary aviation pilots are often required to maintain their own aircraft. Our 36 month program gives students the unique flight and hands-on aircraft mechanic skills they will need to be effective in the mission field. Students complete their pilot and mechanic training simultaneously. Trinity uses FAA approved flight curricula and standards.

Tuition is based on operating expenses only. There are no salary or wage costs since all Trinity staff members are volunteers. Adjustments to tuition may be made depending on the price of fuel and other overhead costs. Housing consists of five single occupancy dorm rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a dining area, a large classroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
