Betsie River Canoes and Campground offers affordable camping and kayak trips down the adventurous Betsie River. Your family can explore our 43 acres by riding your quad, dirt bike or UTV from our trailhead leading to 400 acres of state land, go fishing, hike or bike our trails, play a volleyball or horseshoe tournament, go disc golfing and the children can play in the playground.

To relax in the evening, bring the kids for ice cream at the camp store. Because of the difficulty of this river, we don't recommend it for beginners or children under 16. We want everyone to have a great time on the Betsie so please make sure your group is all informed on the difficulty of this river and is confident in their paddling abilities. At this time our River trips are limited to weekends only.
