We always schedule a free meet/greet before any service, so you can get to know us and we can get to know your pets. In the event your primary Pet Care Specialist is on vacation, sick or unavailable, rest assured, we always have backup specialists available. We understand the need to provide more supervision and support to puppies and kittens under 2 years old.

Dog Bone was fantastic! Scott stopped by to meet the dogs and to learn their daily routine, food and medicine schedules, etc. before our trip. It's obvious that Scott is passionate about what he does and loves animals. We enjoyed the updates with pictures after each visit. We came home to two very happy, well taken care of pups!
