We have a beautiful baby boy, and are expecting our second baby boy in September of 2018. I come from a big family - I am the youngest of six. My lovely mother had three boys and three girls. I have 10 nieces and nephews, and we all live on the south side of Des Moines within five minutes of each other.

While growing up, my best friend's dad was a chiropractor. I had exposure to chiropractic just a few times from him with injuries from various sports. In high school, I had more care with injuries with wrestling and football. Always, I was amazed with how chiropractic could help me get back to participation fast and help keep me there through the injuries that came with each season.
