Founded more than 40 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic Brandy, MD (pictured right), The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include three med spa locations in Pittsburgh - Mt. Lebanon, PA, Shadyside, PA and Wexford, PA, and one med spa location in Columbus, OH.
