This includes transportation from the place of death, cremation fee, cremation permit, 3 certified copies of the death certificate and a wood urn. This includes the direct cremation items along with a private time to view the remains at our facility for up to 60 minutes. The remains will professionally prepared, not embalmed, for the immediate family.
