All guest receiving mail must rent a mailbox for $10 a month. As of 2019 if your are staying here and expecting any mail to be forwarded in care of us you have to rent a mailbox for $10 a month. IF you do not want mail delivered here, we suggest you get a PO box in town either Dunnellon, or Williston.

All rental units require your own bedding and towels. SLEEPS 4. QUEEN SIZE BED, SOFA SLEEPER. LIVING ROOM WITH TV. EVERYTHING YOU NEED in the KITCHEN INCLUDING COFFEE MAKER and FILTERS, TOASTER, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, PLUG IN BURNERS (NO STOVE) FULL BATH. BRING YOUR BEDDING (towels, pillows, linens etc.)

We are pet friendly to all pets that are well behaved, under control and non-threatening. If you are bringing a pet please print and bring a signed copy of the Pet Notification and Agreement when you check in. I understand and agree that I have been notified that all dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times and picked up after.
