The campus of Rose Linn consists of two main buildings. The first of which is called Rose Linn Care Center and offers skilled nursing services. Additionally, we offer extended care services (also known as intermediate care). This part of our campus accepts private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and hospice payor sources.
