Graystone Management, LLC began providing community rental property services on the north side of Eau Claire in 2002. We have expanded our footprint to cover most of Eau Claire and part of Altoona! Our staff takes a personal interest in these communities.
Over the years we have sponsored community thrift sales, provided halloween events for the children of community members, and personally delivered gift bags for all units during the holiday season.We work hard to maintain each rental property and develop the trust of its community members!
