How can I schedule an appointment?
Call or text 785.650.7715, use our online request form, or message us via Facebook to book your session with preferred time and therapist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel within 48 hours for no charge, 24 hours for 50% fee, or within 12 hours for full charge. No-shows require prepayment for rescheduling.
Do you accept insurance or offer packages?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards but do not bill insurance. Gift certificates and time-based pricing options are available for flexible budgeting.
Are evening or weekend appointments available?
We offer appointments Monday-Friday 10 AM-5 PM, with limited evening availability (before 10 AM or after 5:30 PM) by special arrangement.

My 89 year old mother and I did a couples massage this morning. Dana and Christy were wonderful, treated my Mom gently and with respect as she needs gentle care. The hot rocks are a wonderful part of the full body massage. I highly recommend them.

Piriformis muscle FIXED! Tingling in my leg FIXED! Heaviness in legs feeling FIXED! Swelling in ankles FIXED! Getting out of bed more easily FIXED! I can't thank Dana Ellis at Elements of Massage and Spa enough for taking care of me with her massage, cupping, and stretching therapy. The only regret I have is I did not go to her sooner to resolve my issues.
