I am a resident here at Colony House and the office is always friendly and professional, the maintenance staff addresses all issues immediately. The building is located next to a park. Great place to call your home.

The apartment building is very clean and well kept, the building security that sits up front is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff takes pride in their work and act very fast at tending to your problems when they arise! Would definitely recommend this building to my friends and family for rentals!

Extremely poor management. The hallway that tenants are using every day are in the very insecure form and shape for 2 months now, wires are hanging from every where, with the water leaking! However, the money, time, and resource are allocated for so-called repair (read it over remodeling!) over and over and making lots of noise for tenants during weekends and weekdays without considering that people are working from home or just wants to have peace in their apartment unit. Their puerility is everything other that what it should be!
