Terrible service- had to call another company and they found that the simple task of filter being cleaned had NOT been done by the technician.

Poor customer service. Failed to submit energy rebate applications to PUD in a timely manner, taking over 3 mos to complete, and that only after innumerable calls on our part. Only then did we learn that the salesman recommended and had installed a unit that did not qualify for Chelan PUD energy rebate after specifically being told it was our intention to do so.
