I love their clothes. I haven't been to the store but order on the internet. I was first exposed to Carine when I bought 2 tops in Prescott. Unfortunately I left one of them in my hotel room and it wasn't turned in to lost and found. I really liked that top and so I ordered it again along with another the same style. I always get compliments on this brand.

BEWARE: I definitely WONT order from Carine again! I was excited to receive my jacket, however I needed a size exchange. The return policy required I mail the jacket back to China!!! This cost $46 CAN on a $67 jacket! I completed all needed information on outside of package, including Order #, Exchange size needed etc. Canada Post didnt allow me to get a tracking number for this parcel. I even took a photo of the receipt to show Carine that this wasnt possible to get a tracking number. Each email I received back was pre-scripted, didnt answer questions, didnt provide a solution

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Such beautiful things! Don't ever go if you have time constraints. I had to leave and wanted to try on everything in the shop! Beautiful fabric. Great for travel. Fit is perfect. This is a nice little shop in Old Scottsdale. Why only a 3 star? I have shopped and purchased twice there. I will not go back. First visit was great but sales person said they only accept returns for 7 days and only give store credit. Love what I bought but annoyed. Went back yesterday and took a friend. We both bought something but the woman seemed to enjoy holding their inflexible policies over our heads. My friend bought a $98 top --same one I'd got in Sept 2016. It was not marked down. When my friend asked if she would give her 10% off, the lady told her that it was a new shirt and that
