Zink will claim to have detailed knowledge of an IT assignment when in fact he may be walking you into a troubled project that's a minefield. Zink himself has limited IT knowledge; he's first and foremost a salesman. He claims to know the hiring manager

John Z. will promise you're the perfect fit for an assignment but he won't tell you about the **negative history** of that assignment (or its lead manager) until it dumps on you like a ton of bricks!
