Students at the Valley Ballet will gain the necessary tools to make Dance and Fitness a valuable part of their lives. The Valley Ballet has been serving the Farmington Valley with quality Dance training since 1980. The goals of the school are to give students a strong foundation, a knowledge of great dancers and dance pioneers, and the experience of performing great classical and contemporary choreography.
The DanceFitness Program, added in May of 2011, offer clients the health benefits of Dance to non-dancers, and dancers alike in a well balanced fitness program. Enjoy Cardio Dance, Strength Training, toning, stretch, and relaxation. Enhance your self confidence, poise and grace.

The Valley Ballet is located in the Canton Commons at 140 Albany Turnpike (RT 44) Canton, CT, behind Joe Pizza. The Valley Ballet moved from their original home at 51 Bridge Street, in Collinsville, in 2003. Our new dance facility consists of a large sunny studio, reception area, student lounge, and changing room.
