I saw this guy for a long time I have not been taking a single med since I feel great as moat if you have said this place is for medications prescribing someone else named brontae I don’t know or really care how it’s spelled is a newer asssoicate and she is very unprofessional she’s rude scheduling wise I had missed an appointment because of un shuttle dial a ride and I got a co pay amount in the mail of 140$ after 2 -4 appointments I couldn’t get to do I also called in too NI ANSWER and that is what made me want to see someone else DONT Bother even trying to see this man I take no medications

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, as of today this person showed me that he can care less for you and more for the money! Ive been seeing this person for a couple years and straight up disrespected me over the phone. He will give you vague questions to answer and repeat himself EACH visit. Nothing has changed nor his personality. I'd suggest someone new!

I had high expectations with Dr. Reichenbacher having practiced for so long. He is cold, appears disinterested, and seems to be following a script with each visit. Asked me the same exact questions at both of my follow-ups and dismissed my concerns. He also contradicted himself at the second follow up. On top of that each follow up appointment, which I paid the full cost of, was only ten minutes. He gave me no information that I hadn’t already discovered on my own. Dr. Reichenbacher is more interested in prescribing a medication as quickly as possible than listening to actual concerns. I will

He is good at diagnosing and prescribing the right medication. However every time I go to the pharmacy they say he denied one of the medicines. Then I drive over an hour to the office and the receptionists act like I'm doing something wrong. What is so hard to keep refills going? My family goes without medication for days monthly. Also the weekend receptionist is a B****. She told me that she cant get refills done on the weekend and my daughter who has extreme issues not on her medication isn't the receptionists problem. You cant keep taking someone off medication for a few days here and there

ON THE FIRST VISIT, SAID SHE HAD ADHD, PRESCRIBED HER (5 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME) ADDERALL) AGAINST MY ADVICE BUT FATHER HAD NO CLUE AND AGREED. DAYS LATER WE SEE THE ADDERALL IS NOT AT ALL FOR HER. GIVES HER HIGH DOSES OF HER MEDICATION, NOW SHE’S SIGNIFICANTLY LOSING WEIGHT A CONCERN I BROUGHT UP AS WELL ASNOT SLEEPING WELL, AND ALL HE WAS WORRIED ABOUT WAS THE FACT THAT SHE WAS CALMER.....MORE LIKE A ZOMBIE DR! I wish I could give Dr. Reichenbacher 10 stars! He has been absolutely amazing in my treatment plan. I do not trust new doctors very easily and was very skeptical. I was up front and honest with him about this and he understood and respects my wishes. I see him for treatment for ADHD that he diagnosed me with. While it is an inconvenience to have to get a new prescription each time, I do understand that it is the law and he can not write refills for my medication. Then again it is great to go in and have a nice session talking to him about what is going on in my life and getting his perspective

Complete waste of my time. Sent to this Doctor for ADHD which was diagnosed by my RN. This Doctor said he wasn't going to give me the most commonly prescribed treatment for attention due to not knowing me and chance of abuse(note I didn't ask for this or state at all what I wanted I was willing for whatever solutions he had but he still feeled the need to state this). This to a patient with blatant other more concerning health issues. You would think he would understand If I was abusing anything I would use my more concerning issues to get me something other than low dosage attention supplements
