
The mission of Telecommunications History Group is to acquire, preserve, and promote the rich heritage of the telecommunications industry and to connect that past to evolving technologies and cultures. Connections Museum Denver is located in the historic 931 14th Street building in Denver; It includes museum space on 14th floor, along with original executive offices and Allen Tupper True murals.
Private tours are available by request. Connections Museum Seattle, formerly the Herbert H. Warrick, Jr. Museum of Communications, boasts an extensive collection of switching equipment, telephones, central office and outside plant equipment. Open every Sunday. THG Archives, located in Denver, CO, includes historic telephone directories, over 80,000 photographs and slides, historic documents, and other items.

A treasure trove of history existing in the historic phone company building in downtown Denver. Until we can reopen, we hope you will enjoy this virtual tour of the historic 931 14th Street building. Connections Museum Denver resides in a place of honor among telecom history locations. The 1929 Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company Headquarters building at 931 14th Street was deemed "Colorado's Bell System Palace."

As in many non-profit organizations, the Telecommunications History Group's volunteers are its life's blood, keeping the group functioning and the archives in good order. Volunteers are essential to the building and maintenance of our archives, performing a variety of jobs, including archival and curator functions.
