The technician was excellent. I was surprised and disapppointed that he wasn't wearing a mask when he rang our bell because he told me he isn't vaccinated. I think all technicians should be masked, and definitely if they're unvaccinated.

Todd came out to take a look at my busted A/C and told me that I had a freon leak somewhere. He told me that it would be a week before someone could get out to do a leak test that would cost $300 and that they would call me to set it up. In the meantime, he said he could fill my unit with freon to hold me over, assuring me that if it was a big leak that he would hear it, but otherwise a small leak would last months. Todd filled my machine, claimed to not hear a leak, charged me over $600, and then left. The next day, my A/C was already not working again so I called out a different company, remembering
