Had issues with CAT pump shortly after purchase. FCI & Cat discovered that there was an issue with some of the CAT pumps and has replaced the pump. Water maker is great.

We have an FCI AM616S aboard our Leopard Catamaran, and I have needed several instances of tech support while cruising the Pacific and Caribbean. Every time, and I mean EVERY time, FCI customer support specialists have been 100% accurate with their assessments and recommendations. I have worked with Scott and Rob via long distance phone connection. These guys really know the product line, and from my position as a customer, their professionalism on the phone speaks volumes about the company. FCI does not stand behind brand new product. I bought FCI because it was American made. That does not mean anything when theres no service to support it. Next time I will go with Dometic or Watermakers Inc.
