Blosch Tutoring

My passion for education began when I was a high school student. At that time I volunteered at local elementary schools, and worked in child care. My passion continued as I pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeastern State University. While attending classes, I earned a scholarship which allowed me the opportunity to volunteer several hours a week in a kindergarten classroom.

Based on student needs and parent goals, an individual program will be created and updated as progress is made. The development and any changes to each student's program will be communicated to parents throughout the process. Our tutors take time to learn about the student as a person. If a student is comfortable with a tutor as their instructor, he or she is more likely to be engaged in lessons and activities.

ACT Prep - We offer ACT prep for all subjects areas, or specific areas dependent on the students' needs. Writer's Workshop - This camp is available for writers of all ages and skill levels. The camp is offered to elementary students in one setting, and secondary/high school students in another setting.

In addition to the standard tutoring services, Blosch Tutoring also offers education assistance to home school students throughout the day. Our tutors have experience with both individual students or small groups ranging from children with special needs to advanced placement. As with tutoring, an individualized curriculum for homeschool students will be created, but with the flexibility of longer sessions.
