While in the Property Management industry in Southern California in the 1980's Diane was responsible for 950 units as a property manager and later moved into the Accounts Receivable Department and IT liaison for several financial institutions. Relocating to Newport Rhode Island Diane entered the Customer Service Department for a large grocery chain, which while challenging was also very rewarding.

Sea Glass Rentals Policy: You must complete and submit a rental application before viewing any of our properties. The application is not property specific and an accepted processed application is valid for 3 months. If you are selected for a property we will then ask for the $45.00 non-refundable application processing fee and move forward with processing your application.

Commercial office space: We have a beautiful building in the heart of Bath that has 5 office suites available. This location is perfect if you are starting a business or need to relocate your business. You may rent 1 office or the entire 2nd floor. First floor has 2 available offices, waiting room and a shared restroom and the second floor has 4 available offices, waiting room and shared restroom.
Summer Rentals

Sea Glass Rentals Policy: You must 25 years old to rent a Summer Rental. In order to book 50% is required at booking. Once booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a contract and the house rules form.
