Lance Casey served opposing party and was supposed to file the original signature with the court. That's what we paid him for. Our case has been negatively effected by his negligence. Not only that, but it took weeks to get him to actually mail us the original signed proof of service. His outgoing message says to text or call his cell and he'll reply, but he never responded. After a dozen calls, his assistant was rude and acted as if somehow we were at fault for their screw up. Do NOT use them. They are very unprofessional.
