Our two separate classes build progressively on technical skills over the course of several weeks. One course offers and introduction to the basics of cake decorating, while the other covers working with fondant.

In addition to providing the highest quality baking supplies and products on the market, we also offer on site cake decorating classes to teach beginners the basics of cake decorating. Our classes meet once a week and no previous cake decorating experience is required.
The objective of our classes is to steadily build on a student's level of skill via lecture and hands on experience and to introduce the basic fundamentals of decorating from decoration to customization to improvisation.While in the real world, an "A" is tops on the grading scale, at MG's you have reached the pinnacle of excellence when you have earn yourself a "D" for being a Diva of Dessert.
