We had a mini split installed in an office in our home. EC Waters came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!!! Technicians And staff were excellent This was the only company that would provide the placement of ac unit exactly where we wanted it. It was extra work for the installers, but they were happy to accommodate us!!!

I have been using a different company and have not had the best experience. I called EC Waters for service. They were amazing. Cost was not bad but the customer service was great! Riss come out to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than an hour and has gained a customer for life. I used to work in customer service and I wish all my guys we as good as everyone I talked to there. From the time I called and made the appointment till tech was driving off. Thank you for the great experience!!

On Wed, 7/28/21, our ac stopped working. I called E.C. Waters , who have performed regular maintenance on both our home and business acs. They couldnt come out until the next day, Thurs. 7/29. That was understandable. Alan( I think that was his name.) diagnosed the issue and told us they needed to replace the blower motor. He seemed very unconcerned when I asked him questions, just shrugged. He said they would get the part ordered but was not sure when or when it could be delivered, or even a ball park estimate of his experience with delivery from this company . So, I called that afternoon
