I enjoy kayaking, biking, swimming, hiking, and basically just being outdoors as much as is humanly possible! Staying in a Colorado Chalet on Bear Creek while hearing Brandi Carlisle play at Red Rocks & hiking Garden of the Gods. Stamping that "national parks passport" with the kiddos-Yosemite, OMG, those Sequoia trees.
Eating lunch in a hammock in the rainforest, crossing the Golden Gate Bridge on top of an open tour bus. Snorkeling in a coral reef, staying in so many supercool Airbnbs (I have a knack for finding the best ones!). Enjoying Live-music whether it's a sold-out show in Madison Square Gardens or acoustic band at the local pub.

As a Carlisle family portrait photographer, I get to explore all different types of locations across Central Pennylvania and beyond! A heartwarming, family-centered, military promotion ceremony was the focus of this lifestyle portrait session, for me, a DC family photographer. For the Herb family, childhood is made of Harry Potter Wands, tree climbing, trampolines, fingerpaint, pets (named Albus, Luna, & Minerva of course).

Tasty treats, sunning decor and friendly, upbeat staff- you won't want to miss this JDK tasting event at The Bond. Colorful, expressive, creative- I totally loved photographing this tight-knit, unique group of students in this modern dance ensemble! While I primarily post weddings and portraits on my blog I also shoot a fair amount of corporate photography as well.
