This is the only place we'd buy a boat. Robb Reed provided a ton of information on the new pontoon boats, excellent services for maintenance, winterizing and storage, and all the local lakes information we needed to make a decision. He makes boat ownership easy. We found out that the boat we buy is as important as the boat dealer we buy it from, and Robb is our #1 choice after shopping high and low for our new tri-toon.

Robb Reed is the real deal! Buying our boat from him was the largest purchase besides our home we have ever made, and it was the smoothest transaction and best buying experience we have ever had. It could not have gone any better than what it did, when our local dealer told us we were out of luck and they couldn't get us the boat exactly as we wanted I contacted Robb and he ordered the boat exactly as we wanted and at a lower price than the local dealership. We recently had a recall and this man delivered our boat to our door after the repair so we didn't have to make the 2 1/2 hour drive

I've been meaning to check this shop out of a little while. I was driving by so I turned did a u turn see if they had what I'm looking for. I was greeted at the door. I then walked to the counter and asked if they might have a used wake/ski boat within my price range. The counter rep said they probably don't but still called a salesman and after looking they found they didn't have what I needed. After the counter rep reminded the sales rep that they may be able to help me out with a NEW boat within my price range, they recommend a heyday boat which was the exact boat I've been looking for!!!!

The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is simply because they are so good that they are backed up weeks and even months certain repairs. They are excellent at what they do. I'm always taking my boat there. Family safety are at the for front in boating and the people over at Custom Boat understand that. Great place. Great Work!

I've had two horrible experiences with these mechanics, but this last one was the last straw for me. I drop my boat off to get my transmission rebuilt. when I talk to them on the phone they said yeah no problem drop it off will tell you what we think. They didn't even look at my boat for over a month and when they called me back they said it didn't need to be rebuilt but I needed to replace my prop strut which they charge me 10 hours of labor $1915 to do. I got three quotes from different shops that were up to $1,000 cheaper. A month and a half later I called them to check the status

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staff explained alot for first time boat lookers and did not pressure usual sales tactics. Haven't baught a boat yet, but would go with them first.
