It was founded in 2005 by Phil Jaderborg, who returned to Central Virginia to open his own business after working for 10 years at CompuVision, a premier network service provider based in Santa Barbara, California.

Phil decided that despite Southern California's spectacular coastline, nothing can compare to the natural beauty and wonder of Central Virginia, where he grew up and went to school.
