Not a great picture but Greg B at iNet made this whole stressful situation I was in so cool calm and collected. Long story short, Im a freelance videographer and editor. I was working on a piece for a client when my pc crashed. Wouldnt turn back on. Hyperventilated for a sec and then I had to call a few places to get myself up and running as fast as possible. We all know sometimes we wait a week to two. In 3 days3 DAYS, they got me up and running. Not only that, in those few days they REBUILT my pc. I have a whole new baby! I hope you can grasp that 3 days is not a lot of time.

Excellent company! Today was another time when iNet was able to help over the phone. This time a Windows 10 Update made an unwanted change. Calling them, R.J. walked me through checking out several things, helped me download a repair tool, & once finished it took only one more tweak & I was back up & working! His knowledge & communication skills were excellent, & he patiently helped me find the resolution! Choose iNet! I'm so glad I have!

I have been an 'as needed' customer of iNET for well over 10 years. Whenever I have had a problem, they have helped me in a quick, courteous and professional manner. Today was no exception. I had an issue with the laptop that I purchased a few years back. Richard (a service tech) helped me to resolve the situation - quickly and with understanding and patience while he walked me through the resolution.
