She did a bad job on my eyeliner. And it turned blue. Very dated techniques. Whats worse is I cant get it removed and I have had dry eyes ever since.

I've had my eyeliner and eyebrows done and love them! I don't even bother wearing make-up because of how naturally pretty I feel. I have the LOWEST tolerance for pain and yet I wasn't bothered by either at all! She's thorough and precise and takes her time with me. I really enjoy coming here for both my permanent make-up needs and my skincare.

She did not give me the look I asked for. I had a eyeliner procedure that looks terrible and is a bluish color. I am very sad about the results and wish I never would have done it.

I have been a client for many years over several procedures and wonderful touch-ups. I will never go to anyone else! A friend went elsewhere for a touch up and regretted it. Back to Ms. Moore forever for her too. Most recently, I gave my granddaughter her eyebrow permanent makeup as her graduation gift. It's been a few years since I had eyebrows done here and I'm still living with scar tissue caused by an overaggressive correction for too- dark color. I'm doing the best I can using makeup to correct this- the owner was quite nasty to me
