In 1920, Albert "Aj" Naylor Sr. started the Naylor Electric out of his garage. Aj moved to Bemidji in the 1900 to operate the "light plant" for the city's first power generating facility. After the return of Aj's four son's from World War II in 1950, they bought the family business from their father.

Slowly growing the company, in 1999 Naylor Heating and Refrigeration was created, starting HVAC services for both residential and commercial customers. In 2010 Naylor Heating and Refrigeration had new ownership and was moved to Wilton (172 Spirit Ave, Bemidji), where it is currently located. With over 25 employees, we are happy to still be servicing Bemidji and the surrounding areas.
