At Martucci Music, we want to see students finish every music lesson more connected and confident of themselves than when they started. We teach children of all ages. We incorporate musical learning games that teach music theory and note-reading for kids who aren't ready to sit through formal lessons.
Whether you're looking for an academic experience or to fulfill a hobby experience, your goals are our goals. We take all ages and levels at our music school. Let's take it back. Back to music school. Back to Sacramento Sate University in East Sacramento where I entered the music program originally as a piano major. I had taken piano lessons from the age of eight. Now I was in music school as a pianist. I was already known as a pianist in the Sacramento area and had a few private music students.

First, we believe that music lessons should not only be focused on the musical technique of the instrument being studied. That is to say, music lessons have the power to address the whole person. Therefore, it is, and should be approached, as a wholesome experience of mind and body combined. That being said, our approach to teaching music is to emphasize the development of personal awareness, confidence, and expression.

Who we work with: We teach music lessons to all ages. From retirees to kindergartners and artists to hobbyists. We're here to give you a music lesson experience in which you walk away from every lesson more connected and centered with yourself through music than when you came in. Our private music lessons are held every week as half-hour, private sessions with your music instructor.

At Martucci Music we are dedicated to a music program that integrates both music and the individual uniqueness of our students. You will learn new concepts at every lesson and are expected to practice them every day at home before checking in with your teacher at your next lesson to learn the next concept.
