We've added a breakfast bar, replaced beds and linens, cleaned out the back of the property - and much more! We are proud that our efforts are paying off - The Brookside is now in the top five hotels in Keystone and quickly catching up to its older sibling, Battle Creek Lodge!

Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a private entrance and bathroom, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and new linens. Daily housekeeping is included, but optional. Guests staying longer than one day have the option of "donating" their maid service. By skipping daily service, you are helping to save gallons of water, soap, cleaning agents, time, and more.

Our beautiful setting is in the heart of the Black Hills of South Dakota, just minutes from Mount Rushmore and within walking distance of local shopping, dining, and many area attractions. Open from May through September of every year, we offer spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations with special touches everywhere you turn.at a much lower rate than the chain hotels located in the area.
