Family-owned and operated Naples, Florida-based Cool Zone, Inc. was founded in 1996 by the husband and wife team of JD and Terri Thompson. With more than 23 years of hard work and an intense focus on providing excellent service, JD and Terri have seen their company expand from a two-person operation to a continuously growing business that now employs 35 dedicated workers.
A life-long Naples resident, JD has been working in the air conditioning business since graduating from high school in 1977. He started with Island Air, where he worked from 1978-1982 while simultaneously enhancing his HVAC knowledge and skills at 5 County Builders Mechanical School.
