Ur Harmony Wellness is located at 1707 South Oneida St, in Appleton, WI, right across from St Elizabeth hospital, in the heart of the Fox Valley. We offer alternative services to those suffering from stress, pain, chronic conditions, mental health issues, addictions, abuse, or end of life issues, as well as those who have questions about their health, careers, family, or love relationships.
We also have a wellness store with natural body care products, essential oil products, herbal products, sea salt products, and crystals. One of our aims is to avoid plastic, and to offer products in returnable containers. We also choose to support local vendors as much as possible, and most of them are women and mothers.

Services
Focuses on muscle relaxation, targets superficial muscles, and increases blood circulation. It increases flexibility, reduces stress, and improves the immune system. During foot reflexology, the therapist massages specific reflex points on the foot to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body.
Sharon began her journey of spiritual awakening and personal growth on New Year's Day, 2001. While grieving the loss of her mother and the break up of her first marriage, she began to search for something to help fill the hole in her heart. In the early hours of the morning that day, she reached out to God, the source of love.
