These times are set according to standards for insurance billing. This allows our patients with PPO coverage to submit their receipts (SuperBills) to their insurance company for reimbursement. DrB enjoys talking and teaching patients about their FM problems and findings- but it just gets to be too much.
Office Financial Policies

If you have Medicare Part B what you will be required to pay depends on any supplemental insurance plans. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan you will be required to pay for services at the usual Medicare rate on the day of service while we see what your plan will pay for. Generally Advantage Plans pay similar to Medicare- but one can not be certain in advance.

Dr John Bowman ("DrB") is a Mayo Clinic trained orthopedic surgeon with 28 years of surgical experience and over 15 years of regenerative orthopedic experience. DrB learned early in his career that many patients referred to orthopedic surgeons have nothing orthopedically wrong- just because your back is hurting and something shows up on an MRI does not mean that what you see on that MRI is the cause of the pain.
