Resident Care Services
Our Resident Care Services provide personalized assistance with daily living activities. We offer shower help, dressing support, medication supervision, and meal room service. Each resident receives customized care plans that respect their independence. Services are priced individually, allowing residents to select only what they need when they need it.
Dining Services
Our Dining Services feature three nutritious meals daily with flexible dining times. Menus include breakfast options from 7-9 AM, lunch selections from 11:30 AM-1 PM, and dinner choices from 5-6 PM. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals with special dietary accommodations available. Family and friends may join for $5-$10 per guest, and private dining events are available at no extra charge.
Apartment Rentals
We offer three apartment floor plans ranging from efficiency to two-bedroom units. All apartments feature handicapped-accessible bathrooms, kitchenettes, emergency call systems, and individual climate control. Residents may personalize their space with personal furnishings and decorate to their preferences. Monthly rent includes cable TV and wireless internet access.
Transportation Services
Our Transportation Services include a dedicated driver available Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM-5 PM. We provide transportation to local medical appointments with special arrangements available for early/late times and weekend needs. Out-of-town trips can be scheduled through our contracted service providers. All transportation is coordinated through our front office for resident convenience.
Beauty/Barber Shop
Our on-site Beauty/Barber Shop offers professional grooming services Tuesday-Friday. Licensed beauticians provide haircuts, perms, shampoo sets, and facial shaving services. Residents may schedule appointments or drop in during operating hours. The shop accommodates weekly grooming needs and special occasion styling requests for residents.

Owner & Administrator
Karen Taylor has served as owner and administrator since 2000. With over 25 years of experience in senior care, she graduated from Texas State University and holds an assisted living license. Karen oversees daily operations and care standards.
Lindsey Knight
Assistant Administrator
Lindsey Knight joined the team in 2005 and became assistant administrator in 2007. A Texas State University graduate, she manages staff training and resident relations while maintaining licensing compliance through the Center for Health Services Education.

I play the piano for these folks. I have played there for years and I've never seen better care in Seguin. I totally recommend these folks for your loved ones!

My grandmother and grandfather lived here for three years. When my grandfather passed away earlier this year, we decided it would be best to move my grandmother closer to us in San Antonio. My grandmother paid for her room until the end of this month. We showed up TODAY to get the rest of her things... Come to find out they already moved someone else into her room, and proceeded to dump ALL of her belongings into the public dining room. Not only that, they SHREDDED her medical paperwork! Her personal information!! Its deeply saddening and disturbing that after three years of paying these people

Great people, Great staff, Great food. I plan my visits around the Fried chicken! The administrator is also the owner, unique in today's world. My kids raid the ice cream box upon arrival. Overall I feel blessed my loved one lives there.
