First time patient: Long wait times. Appointment at 12:45. Didn't see PA until 1:30. Too noisy at reception desk. Couldn't hear anything regarding my prescription, or cost.

The doctor I was working with at PSI essentially told me that I was wrong about the diagnosis that all my other doctors suggested, even though it wasn't relative to my dermatology services, so I switched to another provider.
She's been good, but it definitely feels like a dermatology drive-thru; "Get in and get out!" and I don't feel my issues are addressed with very much seriousness.
Trying to get an urgent appointment for anything that needs addressing immediately is impossible. You're guaranteed to be waiting two months or so to be seen. They don't do

I was treated like Royalty here. The receptionists and the Dr were absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and helpful. I left feeling confident in myself. I will never go anywhere else. Definitely recommend Pacific Skin Institute. Top notch service!!

Doctor chambers and her staff have always done such a great job taking care of me. From the time I come in to the receptionist to the time I'm in the backroom I feel like I'm taking care of as individual. I appreciate their attention to my body but also to know me as a person asking about my family. makes me feel very much like I'm seen as a person not just another patient.
