Receptionists here hardly pick up the phone and when they do theyre no help whatsoever,Ive been calling for the past 4 days to see when I have my surgery scheduled and all they tell me is that theyll take down my info and that theyll give me a call back,Ive been waiting since last Friday for a call back..hands down one of the worst experiences Ive had a place thats supposed to be professional with what they do.

I was scheduled for surgery and told to arrive at 1pm to check in. I arrived at 12:40 and told them my name and said I had an appointment for surgery. The receptionist told me to go back to the 1st floor and wait for a nurse to come for me. I waited over an hour. No nurse. No info. No food or water since 7pm the night before. Turns out the doctor wasn't even in the building! At least 2 other surgeries ahead of me. No one told me this until I went back upstairs to ask how long I had to wait to give them a urine sample?! I was holding it for almost 2 hours now! They said if I was lucky, I would be
