I teach techniques (including mindfulness, relaxation, imagery, self-hypnosis, and breathing) to help you manage stress and anger, decrease anxiety, depression, and self-destructive behavior, and cultivate a positive outlook and mood.

I am familiar with the increasing social, athletic and academic challenges and stressors with which parents and their children contend in our local communities.

I am not on any insurance panels and do not work with insurance providers. However, if you have a PPO insurance plan (one that covers "out of network" providers), my services should be covered. Per request, I provide monthly invoices for you to submit for reimbursement. Below are my Practice Policies Forms.

In 1990, opened a practice in Walnut Creek, specializing in child, adolescent, adult and family diagnostics and psychotherapy. Thanks to the wonderful patients with whom I have had the privilege of working, and the confidence of referring physicians and peers, my practice continues to grow and evolve.
