From yoga to step and everything in between, we're sure you'll find something you love, and at a time that suits your schedule. With tons of floor space and two separate studios to work out in, you'll have more than enough room!

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes so you can find exactly what fits you and your style. This gentle class will help improve balance, posture and tone while using a chair for support. My dreams came true when I bought this gym in 2019 and I haven't looked back. I love helping people meet their goals, sculpt their bodies, and live a healthy (and happy) life.

I happen to stop in Russellville for a few days while traveling home to North Carolina when I came across the Sole2Soul fitness and yoga studio. Being a lover of all things fitness and wanting to continue with my fitness regimen while on the road, I decided to stop in. Right away the instructor greeted me and made me feel welcome. The bootcamp class was everything I was looking for; a great combination of cardio and strength training in a supportive and encouraging environment.
