A series of different locations create unique, spacious experiences, as the party moves through the expansive, lush estate. We've created beautifully curated and distinctive settings - no blank-canvas spaces that require lots of work. We're full service: our team offers help and insight and a well-organized event day, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

Our enthusiastic team offers excellent support throughout the process, including day-of coordination. Carts and drivers, prep rooms, all indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, lighting, audio equipment, comfy restrooms, AC and heating inside the carriage barn, are all included. Roxbury Barn and Estate is a pioneer and trendsetter in the recent revival of the Catskills.

Weekend: Minimum party size for a Saturday or Sunday is 80 adults, maximum size is 140 people (this is a hard number). A maximum eight-hour window of time is available for your celebration (to be planned between 3pm and midnight). Midweek: Minimum party size for a Monday or Thursday event is 50 adults, maximum size is 100 people.

Roxbury Barn and Estate is thrilled to partner with Ate O Ate as our exclusive caterer. Owned and operated by husband-wife duo Rich and Peg Ellsworth, Ate O Ate offers menus based on a seasonal selection of regionally sourced ingredients, prepared fresh on-site in their large food truck and in our in-house catering prep areas.

Our bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York. A range of specialty drinks with local flavor, often combining small-batch liquor from craft distilleries in our region. Old and New World wines. All poured at our gorgeous bar; the perfect melding of classic and contemporary.
