I had a wonderful experience with Karen at Hinsdale Lighting. My husband and I have been searching for a specific semi-flush mount light for a nursery and she went above and beyond to try to help us locate the light. We highly recommend working with Karen and/or anyone at Hinsdale Lighting!

Report
I would NOT recommend using Hinsdale Lighting. The design process was smooth and made me feel like the rest of the process would be as well, but the carry out of the plan was seriously flawed. We just built our home and ran into a number of issues (lights installed VERY crooked, multiple lights and fans installed in the wrong rooms, etc). In addition, I got MAJOR attitude and push back when I identified their mistakes - they told me I was wrong, that I told them the wrong rooms, and it took many emails and me re-forwarding emails for them to acknowledge their own mistakes. The worst issue I'm still

I needed some under cabinet lights that no one seemed to have in stock, with insiteful help from Karen she was able to find me a readily available alternative at a comparable price. They even delivered them to the house the next day. The lights look great, thanks Hinsdale Lighting.
