This is my experience, don't expect the service you get from there parent companies. Very slow on notifications. Was told that's not them, it's alarm.com the app they use. All in all my experience has been very poor. We just want our new system to work properly with out excuses.

I would recommend them as they don't oversell the system but did let me know what else was available if I wanted later.
Allen was the installer of the system . He was on time and was polite and did a great job of explaining the system when he was finished with the install.

Heartland was great to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable , got everything hooked up in a timely manner and also answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend. I will update again in a few months with how services have been, but great this far!
