Absolutely the most professional, genuine, and genius level of knowledge!!! Bill and Michele are so dedicated to each customer As if you are the only customer standing in the store! Their family owned business has such a whimsical warmth you just want to buy everything! Ha! The selection is exquisite! If in a rare instance what you need is not in store, they will create a hand crafted one of a kind piece for you or have it shipped within a week. Today was my first time in Young's. I had a blast, very confortable environment. Very knowledgeable and he even cracked out his old gem and mineral book for us to pour over. Went very much out of his way to help identify a local mineral Crystal I dug up. I'll definitely continue to seek out this establishment.

Once again I had a great experience at Youngs Jewelry. I had a ring sized and a necklace repaired.Just awesome work! They also put batteries in watches! So hurry down to Youngs and walk out with a smile on ur face.
