Our instructors provide detailed explanations for every position and technique, with an attention to detail that is second to none. Their focus is to provide one-on-one instruction in an atmosphere that is comfortable and challenging. New students unfamiliar with Jiu-Jitsu will transition smoothly under the guidance of our Instructors and more experienced fighters.

Everyone is welcome to join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes - kids and adults of any age. Cubs Class - A fun start-up for our littlest of fighters. Here kids from ages 5-8 will learn all about keeping themselves safe in a fight, as well as how to gently render an attacker helpless. Focus is the goal of this class.
