We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $30/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

Roxanne is extremely rude and hangs up on you. Refuses to work with residents and was hardly ever at the site when I lived there. Getting charged for a damaged door frame I missed on the initial move in check list. I told the manager before her about when I first moved in and since it was never relayed to her when he quit, she wants me to pay for it.

Unresponsive management, their automated phone system does not work, they are rarely in the office, the complex is an unsafe area, and they do not maintain their property. We are very happy to be moving out.
To update my review - it was like this the entire year we lived there. This is not a recent development. As someone who doesn't have Facebook, it is very frustrating that a company relies on a social media platform to communicate with residents.

The maintenance staff is great. They complete tasks on time, are friendly and easy to talk to and call to check and see if everything is in working order after the move in. Grounds are kept clean and parking is better than most places. Rooms are very spacious and the big basement is a great addition. Ideal for storage or an extra room. I have no complaints.

My wife and I lived here for one year and we enjoyed our time at Westwind. The townhomes are older and the buildings do need some work, particularly on the outside. However, the inside is nice and very spacious for a rental. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near shopping on Saginaw highway. The office staff communicated well with me during all phases of our tenancy from move in all the way through move out and deposit return.
