I have to admit that a majority of the staff are wonderful. However, its mostly the business side that makes the whole process frustrating. I never get a response to messages or emails. Except for Esmerelda (shes amazing at her job)
The only response I seem to get is well look into it and get back to you. Its very frustrating to see your parent literally withering away and having to deal with worrying all the time does not help the situation. My mother was transferred here after a truly terrible experience at complete care and the difference was like night and day. The nurses were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The visitation policy was reasonable. The food was good. The building is well maintained. The staff were always helpful in answering my questions. They really went the extra mile for us. There is a reason this place is so hard to get into. If you can manage it, this facility should be your first choice.
