If you see Capitol Remodeling, or even thinking calling them "Don't do it" for your own good. At the beginning, I did not believe so much in company's reviews, now after dealing with this WORST company that can possibly be there, I should've done my research better, after I signed a contract with them in May for condominium replacement when Cody Magill { the regional Marketing} was at my house and he reinsure me he knows what he's doing and that they installed windows in my neighborhood before, after I told him and I was very explicit that I want my windows to have

The Capital Remodeling regional Marketing Consulting , Cody Magill , came to our house one hour late . Afterward , he gave us an estimate to replace a garage window and a double hung sundeck door ( with a sliding door ). He told us he emailed that estimate to my email address , and left . Wrong, he never emailed me with that estimate , and he never called back. David S. 10-1-2021

This place is a JOKE!!! Demanded that a spouse be present for an estimate per company policy, assumed that the two names on the property were spousal partners, and had horrible customer service. Archaic policy, uneducated staff, save yourself the time!

TO EVERYONE IN THE DC, MD & VA AREAS PLEASE DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY: CAPITAL REMODELING, INC. This is the worst company ever DON'T USE THEM AT ALL! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! If you have questions message me directly. If I could I'd give it a -5 Review. Had to select one Star otherwise it wouldn't let me post my review. Do your research & hire a reputable company that specializes in what you need. This is NOT!! They don't even have full time workers, they hire them from the 7Eleven, no one supervises the job. Worst experience ever & they have so many bad reviews &

Ridiculous company... just got off a call with Ashley the manager to confirm a free estimate for a whole kitchen remodel for tomorrow. They would not send someone out because the house is empty and there is nowhere for their salesperson to sit.... as she explained the salesperson would be there for hours and hours....That is plain ridiculous! First of all, I have had other companies who came and gave me quotes just fine while standing or leaning... and two, if it is that important to have your salesperson sit at all times have them keep a folding chair in their car. You could be getting thousands

They refused to send a representative to give me an estimate on replacing 17 windows, 2 sliding doors and a front door because I was currently renting my home out to someone while the Army had me deployed away. This practice makes me think that they use high pressure sales tactics that are only used in-person and they cannot make a sale unless the homeowner is physically present. Stay away from this company for this simple fact. It is sketchy and shady to treat a deployed combat veteran this way.
Shame on them as I know that Window World and Window Nation in NOVA are giving me free estimates
