Caroline's is a full service catering company with an experienced and professional staff. The number of staff for your event will be determined by the number of total guests attending. We recommend 1 Cook and 1 Server per every 20 to 25 guest (depending on the style / menu). The cost per Server / Cook is $45 per hour with a five hour minimum.
